INGREDIENTS

50ml Espresso (1 Expert Capsule to brew)
30ml Vodka
20ml Frangelico
0.1g Espresso Grounds for garnish (1 Expert Capsule to open)
Ice cubes

EQUIPMENT

Lavazza Classy Plus
Martini Glass or Caviar Upper Bowl and Ice Bowl
Cocktail Shaker with built in strainer

PROCEDURE

STEP 1: Fill a Martini glass (or Caviar Upper Bowl and Ice Bowl) and a cocktail shaker
with ice cubes to chill.

STEP 2: Drain water from the shaker, add the spirits and a freshly brewed espresso from the Expert Capsule in the Classy Plus (brewed on the Lungo button for 50ml).

STEP 3: Shake vigorously.

STEP 4: Remove ice from the Martini glass (Or Upper Caviar Bowl- leaving ice in the Lower Caviar Bowl) and pour the cocktail through the strainer into the glass.

STEP 5: Gently sprinkle with ground coffee from a second Expert Capsule, opened from the top manually.
