Irish Cream Espresso Martini

THE INGREDIENTS:

THE PREPARATION:

  1. Chill martini glass by filling it with an ice bath.
  2. Prepare a long shot of espresso in a shot pitcher.
  3. During extraction, add ice and Bailey’s to a cocktail shaker.
  4. Add espresso and shake the mixture vigorously for 10 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
